Situated in the northern end of Farmington, sits the Oakridge Legacy housing development. This small community of just over 110 homes is a great place to live as it includes convenient access to Highway 89 & the i-15, Frontrunner & many great local attractions & amenities like Lagoon, Cherry Hill & the new Station Park! 

The HOA maintains two open green spaces, plus many of the homes back onto the beautiful Heritage Park which has a great playground for the kids, covered pavilion and features a half mile running track. With all this it is easy to see why Farmington has been voted by Money Magazine as one of the best places to live in the US!
